BACKGROUND:

Pedigree is one of the world’s leading dog food brands and has been committed to helping dogs find new homes for years with campaigns around the world as part of their annual adoption drive.

TASK : 

Come up with an innovative idea/product that helps dogs get adopted. You can use existing tech in new ways, you can invent new prototype solutions, maybe your idea doesn’t use any tech at all.  Your idea can take place in the physical world or digital or both but the goal must be to help dogs get adopted.

A nationally representative survey of pet owners and non-pet owners commissioned by HABRI and Mars Petcare found that 85% of respondents agree interaction with pets can help reduce loneliness.

We are introducing “Paw Pals”, the ultimate dating service for singles who love pets or need companionship! Our unique matching algorithm also pairs you with your furry soulmate and your human one. Say goodbye to awkward first dates with people who don’t understand your love for animals and hello to a community of like-minded pet enthusiasts.
